Small-Town Retro

A perfectly adorable and quaint section of Manhattan that gives off serious Mayberry vibes in the best way. A lot of the town is new construction now, but this area is a bit older and has more character as a result. It backs up to a playground and the main stretch of town, and the library is contained within this neighborhood. And because it's older, homes are generally more affordable.
