Heritage Estates

Heritage Estates is an established community in Mansfield, Texas. Built between 1992 and 2003, this community features reasonably priced midsize single-family homes with spacious yards. While Heritage Estates doesn’t have amenities, it boasts a natural environment with a large greenbelt and meadow where residents can enjoy scenic strolls while getting some fresh air. Residents can also visit the nearby Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park for access to trails, kayaking, fishing, and more outdoor recreation. Walnut Creek Country Club is also down the street from the community and offers 36 holes of golf, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, and on-site dining. Residents can also visit the Mansfield Activities Center for their recreational needs, as well as visit the K1 Speed go-kart arena or the Flight Deck Trampoline Park for some thrill-seeking fun. Additionally, the Heritage Plaza is adjacent to the community where residents can shop, dine, or catch a movie. Heritage Estates is also surrounded by several public schools under the Mansfield Independent School District. These schools include Martha Reid Elementary School, Mary Orr Intermediate School, Rogene Worley Middle School, and Mansfield High School.
