Not a bad neighborhood, but BEWARE OF PARKING RESTRICTIONS

Zach N
It is a beautiful neighborhood, and most of the residents are nice and very helpful. With that being said, the parking situation is ridiculous. If you ever plan on having more than 2 cars at your home, you will have lots of issues. Many of my friends live here and I was thinking of moving here as well until I found out about the parking situation. They did not make enough parking for the neighborhood and you cannot even park in front of your own house. You MUST park in your garage. If you park in front of your house, you will get ticketed and fined. I am not joking. They started doing this recently after Hurricane Harvey according to my friends. I got a warning ticket when I went to drop off supplies to fix their hurricane damage. I was only there 2 hours. When your friends come visit you, you must register them and they cannot go over a certain amount of hours per 7 day period. I have never seen this before and this was a dealbreaker for me. Felt like it was an apartment complex with these parking regulations and I could not imagine having to deal with that. Just wanted to let others know about this aspect as it is very important to me and might be for others.
