Around Princeton Village

Princeton Village has a swimming pool and two tennis courts that are fenced and lighted. Children living in Princeton Village attend Fulton County Schools. Palmetto Elementary, Bear Creek Middle School and Creekside High School are the nearest public schools. There are several private schools in the neighboring communities of Fairburn, Tyrone and Newnan.

Palmetto is a small, quiet town. Most residents are accustomed to traveling to nearby towns or the city for things to do. Willkerson Mill-Farris Park is a Fulton County park and is right down the road from Princeton Village. It’s home to the SF Alliance youth soccer club which practices and plays at the park. Nearby towns like Tyrone and Fairburn have a number of parks that host youth and adult sports leagues and and non-athletic programs. There are also quite a few golf courses in the area. The Georgia Renaissance Faire happens every weekend between mid-April and early June in Fairburn. Fairburn also presents several seasonal festivals and farmers’ markets. For casual entertainment and dining, residents typically head down I-85 to Newnan where there are two large movie theaters and at least a dozen restaurants.
