Hidden secure gem
Since the early 70's this armed guard gated community has had not one burglary, mugging, car jacking, etc.. Lock and leave, walk you dog at night, forget to lock your door...never been a problem. Beautiful old grow trees tower over the 80+ homes. The homes are all varied in style...no cookie cutter crap going on here. There are an un-heard of 49 guest parking spaces!! None of which are in driveways so all the homes and landscape are the stars! Massive community pool and Epi deck nestled in a wooded ravine plus several green spaces to enjoy. I could go on and on...It's just that special! HOA enforces the Deed restrictions so Raintree stays nice and only improves year after year.
