Neighborhoods.com Agent Review Guidelines
When it comes to working with a real estate agent, don’t just take our recommendation. The best reviews are the ones that come from you. Our website was built with you in mind and we want to know what the experience was like working with your real estate agent. We welcome reviews for all the agents on our site, but we do moderate them to ensure that our website remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone who uses it. Please look over the tips below before posting to help ensure that your reviews follow our guidelines.
Share Personal Experiences Only: We welcome reviews from any current or previous client or customer of that specific agent.
Accuracy and Usefulness: Reviews should be factually correct and include honest opinions. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself, "is this information useful to someone considering working with this agent?"
Relevant Comments Only: No testimonials about anything unrelated to the specific agent in question.
Inappropriate Content Will Not Be Tolerated: No vulgarity, threats, harassment, lewdness, or hate speech towards any group as well as anything that violates the spirit of the Fair Housing Act will be accepted.
No Conflicts of Interest: Reviews from clients and customers of this agent only. No reviews from builders, homeowners associations (“HOAs”), or neighborhood-affiliated groups will be accepted.
No Promotional Content: No third-party links, promotional messages, or reviews with the intention of commercial gain.
One Agent Review Per Person: Multiple reviews of one agent will not be accepted.
No Private Information: Do not share private information such as street addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. Do not impersonate someone else or purposefully misrepresent yourself.
Internal Review: We review all submissions and reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any post at any time and without notice.
Please Note: When you post a review of an agent, you are giving Neighborhoods.com permission to use your content.
