Spivey Cove

I was in the market to buy a house for my daughter and had heard great things about the Spivey area. so I began looking for homes that were for sale in the Jonesboro, Stockbridge area and came upon a home for sale in the Spivey cove subdivision that had recently been listed, so I decided to drive by and check out the house and subdivision before I scheduled an appointment . I did like the subdivision as it seem to be a very quit, friendly neighbor hood but the main entrance was very unkept. I will still schedule an appointment to see the house and will ask if HOA is good about making sure houses are up to standards as is the yards. don't want to pay HOA fees that not going to benefit beauty of the neighborhood.
