Around Sunset Terrace

Sunset Terrace is made up almost exclusively of a few condominiums that rarely come on the market. As Since Sunset Terrace is mostly made up of businesses, it's not a very active residential area. Those who want to be near Sunset Terrace, a little farther east into Downtown are some condominium buildings and townhomes, especially along Henderson and Texas Streets. Mills Street also offers some high-end, luxury condos.

The food situation is pretty sparse in Sunset Terrace save for a fast food sandwich chain and a pub. Most residents head west to the Trinity Park area where everything you can think of is available. In Trinity Park there is a Mexican restaurant, a bar and grill, and a few other establishments. Just south of Sunset Terrace is a grill, bakery, fast food chain, and Mexican restaurant.

Expect to see mostly business parks and the heart of the city's ground transportation industry. There are all the usual amenities, including plenty of public transit, but it isn't a place where people hang out as it has very few restaurants and bars. Expect to see the neighborhood's residents bustling to and from work or going out to the Downtown area to meet up with friends and family.

Friday nights are quiet in Sunset Terrace save for a restaurant and one or two drinking establishments. Most of the action centers around other parts of Fort Worth and nearby Dallas and Arlington where you can see the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers play. Just across the river on West 7th Street are several bars including a wine dive and a bar and grill.

Sundays are time to take the family over to nearby Trinity Park for a picnic and some family games. Relax with a book on the banks of the Clear Fork Trinity River. Residents can also walk to Downtown and explore a street festival or hang out in Sundance Square.
