Meyer has a great leadership team and awesome teachers! My kids are currently in 3rd and 4th grades. Their teachers are great at keeping in contact with me and letting me know if there are any issues that need to be addressed. The special ed. department always makes sure that I am aware of any needed interventions or adjustments to the kids IEP's. They are a wonderful team who are invested in helping my kids succeed.

They team on on parents. My son is now in high school. I went thru hell with them with kid. And now they did to my other 2 children. A few teachers and Assistant Principal and Principal are right behind them. If you ask for principal she will NOT talk to you she will refer you to mean asst. I was so done and moved thank god to put my kids in a better place. And also the worst school for bullying. I would never get feed back.! Bullying is a major thing and they would brush it off. Not cool!! My children are in a new district and let me tell you they pay attention to the kids not just assume it's true without questioning them. A kid can lie to get out of trouble and this school questions kids involved without assuming you did it. Meyer needs a lot of help. They habitat rules are not followed what's so ever!

I am totally unhappy with this school. When my children attended the school was awesome. Now that my grandchildren are there is has totally changed. The principal is rarely at any of the events. Parents are discouraged from entering the school. When something happens we do not receive phone calls. My first grader has been bullied by a child all year and nothing has been done. The teachers are great as well as the vice principal but the procedures they follow are horrible. Cannot wait to get her out of that school.

I have to say this school is very good on keeping the parent in the know. This is my 6 year old daughter first time attending public school and she loves it. Her teacher (Cutaia) really is good about letting you know your child progress and even behavior (which isn't any problem for my child) status. She just loves going to this school. I have to say that they also keep you updated on any incidents that happen as well.
