Location Location
Great community can use minor improvements, traffic trash etc. Low to medium crime rate. Exceptional interior square footage. Great landscaping, to City of Decatur and City of Atlanta. Access to I 285, I 20. There is the South river trail that will eventually connect to Downtown Atlanta, the trail begins on the entrance of the community alongside the South River. Mostly lower and middle class African Americans. This Subdivision sits west of Stone crest and 5 miles South East of East Lake Atlanta.
