Dallas-based De La Vega Development has added the old Xerox site to its investment and development portfolio. The company plans to redevelop the prime property into an urban mixed-use development called Overstreet on Seventyfive, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Touted as one of the last top properties available in the Central Expressway corridor, the more than 10-acre complex is located at the corner of North Central Expressway (75) and Haskell Avenue, which is adjacent to Cityplace Tower and just a stone’s throw from Uptown Dallas

The site presently includes a number of commercial buildings, an office tower, and data center. In addition to a residential high-rise, luxury hotel, shops, and restaurants, the 1.4 million-square-foot redo is projected to include two office towers.

The company has not yet announced an estimated completion date for the project.

De La Vega has similar development projects to its credit in a half dozen states. Locally, the company is working on a 65-acre project on the north side of Fort Worth that includes 600,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, hotel and grocery store space. Another 53 acres in McKinney is earmarked for a retail center, and a development site in the planned community Las Colinas is in the beginning stages.
