If you’re looking to buy your first home, you might want to head down to Texas. In SmartAsset’s recently released ranking of the best cities for first-time homebuyers, seven Texas cities claim top 25 spots—with three cities in the top 3.

SmartAsset cites Texas cities’ “tons” of mortgage lenders and relatively stable housing market as reasons the state is so friendly to first-time buyers looking for a safe investment at an accessible price.

Houston ranks No. 7 on the list. SmartAsset references a statistic from the Department of Housing and Urban Development saying there are 204 approved mortgage lenders in Houston, the highest number of any cities in the analysis. Buyers have a good chance of getting loans they apply for in Houston, too: Data from the Mortgage Bankers Association says in 2015 there were 37,620 applications for conventional mortgage loans in Harris County, Texas and 26,048 loan originations, making for a loan funding ratio of 69 percent.

Other Texas cities in the top 10 include San Antonio (No. 6) and Fort Worth (No. 9).
