Real estate firm and developer CIM Group is almost finished with the Geffen, a new collection of luxury residential duplexes rising in Hollywood. The two-story industrial style structures are located along Willoughby Avenue between Orange Drive and Sycamore Avenue.

Per Urbanize, the line of six buildings will feature a total of only 12 townhome units, with each residence consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garage for up to two vehicles.

Shubin Donaldson Architects, which is based in Culver City, has already completed its designs for the development project. According to the renderings, the finished structures resemble shipping containers, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and tiled and lime green-colored metal panels on the buildings’ exterior. A landscaped terrace complete with manicured trees and bushes will surround each building.

A couple small lot developments have recently been proposed for the Hollywood area, including the redevelopment of a triplex on Poinsettia Place and an existing duplex on Lexington Avenue.
