One Chicago Square, a large residential development planned for River North, was initially supposed to be up for a Plan Commission vote this month, but the vote has been delayed until sometime in 2018, according to Curbed Chicago.

One Chicago Square is expected to have a nine-story base with two residential towers, one 76 stories tall and the other 45 stories tall. The building will have 75 condos, 795 apartments, a grocery store, office space, and a gym.

Ald. Brian Hopkins (2nd Ward) sent neighborhood residents an email announcing the vote delay, according to the report. The developer, along with the CTA and Chicago’s Department of Transportation, is expected to work together to analyze the development’s potential effects on traffic. The project leaders will also continue to take feedback from the community.

If the Plan Commission votes to allow the development to move forward without any height changes, One Chicago Square could become the sixth tallest building in the city
