New developments could replace three of Chicago’s tallest skyscrapers, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The three new developments include:

  • One Grant Park. Construction has already begun on the 892-foot One Grant Park development located at 1200 S. Indiana Ave. in the South Loop.
  • One Square Chicago. One Square Chicago is a 1,011-foot residential development that will feature a 76-story tower and a 45-story tower. The building is being planned for the former Holy Name Cathedral Parking lot in River North.
  • Vista Tower. Vista Tower is a 1,186-foot skyscraper planned for the Loop. The development already has a full construction permit.

If completed at the projected heights, these three buildings will knock 900 N. Michigan Ave., Chase Tower, and Water Tower Place from the list of Chicago’s top 10 tallest buildings, according to the report. One Grant Park will take the No. 10 slot. One Square Chicago will become the sixth-tallest skyscraper in the city, and Vista Tower will become the third-tallest.

The Chicago Tribune points out that the new ordering of the tallest buildings could be short-lived. Other major developments could make the list. Plans for the vacant Chicago Spire site have not been released yet. Additionally, the Wolf Point development on Orleans Street could reach as high as 900 feet, according to the report.

Willis Tower remains city’s tallest building at 1,451 feet, according to the report.
