A Brunch Lover's Guide in Summerlin
Las Vegas has no shortage of brunch spots, but as a neighborhood, Summerlin is booming with new places to have mimosas with avocado toast in the middle of the day. While several new brunch spots are cropping up in the neighborhood, plenty of established places have already made Summerlin home. The Strip may be a solid option for brunching, but the quiet and trendy shopping districts on the north side of the Valley are much more relaxed. Whether you’re seeking a traditional brunch with bottomless mimosas or looking to expand the repertoire beyond breakfast burritos and eggs, here are five brunch spots to check out in Summerlin.

Honey Salt
Honey Salt may be the real deal for both lunch and dinner, but it’s also a great brunch spot on weekends, where all-you-can drink bubbly is $18. From pizza to eggs benedict to lemon chicken salad, Honey Salt cooks up a fun twist on traditional options, but also has signature menu choices of their own. Favorites at the restaurant include Monkey Bread, a brioche with bourbon caramel sauce, and breakfast nachos that come with a sunny side up egg, avocado, sour cream, queso fresco, and charred tomato salsa. With indoor and outdoor seating, an exposed brick wall, and eclectic furniture, this is a must-see brunch spot in Summerlin.
Makers and Finders
Other locations: Main St in the Arts District
While Makers and Finders in Downtown Summerlin is known for its coffee and tea bar, its Latin comfort fare is delightful no matter how early your brunch begins. From empanadas to strawberry and mango salads, Makers and Finders’ menu has a hearty range. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet like a Nutella crepe or savory like Bandeja Paisa with char grilled skirt steak, fried egg, avocado, plantain, and chicharones, this brunch spot has it. And, if you’re more interested in wine, beer, or cocktails at lunchtime, favorites like the Hibiscus Mimosa is the perfect middle-of-day refreshment.
Lola Cafe
The newly-opened Lola Cafe succeeds in taking after a European coffee shop with an incredibly fun and modern vibe that’s unique to the area. From egg and olive toast to beet salad, Lola Cafe’s menu is full of healthy options alongside decadent treats like the Cupcake Latte topped with syrup and a mini cupcake with sprinkles. Another lovely option is Butter Me Up Toast, smeared with almond butter and jelly beneath a bed of fresh berries and almonds. The decor and aesthetic will draw customers in, but the menu will keep foodies coming back.
Tail & Fin
Other locations: Silverado Ranch and T-Mobile Arena
Tail & Fin is a prime place in Summerlin to find fresh sushi burritos, but they also have sushi tacos, a less frequently buzzed about item that draws in crowds all the same. While poke and other raw fish dishes steal the show at Tail & Fin, starters like the Avocado Boat are delectable, especially when you know that green tea, mango, strawberry, or chocolate mochi pops are in the plans for dessert. You’ll want to get in on the trend before it goes worldwide: Word is that Tail & Fin is expanding into Malaysia with new stores in the coming years.
Pancho’s
At Pancho’s, every brunch item comes with fresh fruit, traditional Mexican buñeulos, and champagne no matter what you order from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays. This brunch spot may have omelettes and breakfast burritos, but Pancho’s is also known for its Shrimp Diabla Puffy Tacos, which come with shredded cabbage and chipotle sour cream, and their Rajitas topped with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream and served with your choice of steak, chicken, or shrimp. The salsa, tortillas, and guacamole are all prepared fresh each day, and Pancho’s takes pride in using cholesterol-free soybean oil to cook their dishes.
