Usually, people associate Las Vegas Boulevard with The Strip, but there’s actually a lot more to this famous boulevard than just casinos, gambling, entertainment venues, and bars. South Las Vegas Boulevard is home to a variety of businesses, dispensaries, and wedding chapels, but after you pass the iconic “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas,” you’ll find a neighborhood environment that includes shopping districts, grocery stores, and local gaming bars.

With a large number of condo buildings in this neighborhood, South Las Vegas Boulevard offers an alternative for homebuyers not interested in buying single-family homes. Condos usually come with on-site amenities, providing residents with a resort-style vibe as well as low-maintenance living.

Along South Las Vegas Boulevard, One Las Vegas is a twin, 20-story luxury condominium community offering homes ranging from just over 1,250 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet. Two and three-bedroom condo units are priced starting in the low $300,000s. These residences also feature open layouts, soaring ceilings, and oversized balconies with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and The Strip.

Additionally, The One Club is the community’s clubhouse which offers an array of amenities exclusive to its residents: a pool deck, a two-story fitness center, tennis courts, massage rooms, a sports lounge, a movie theater, a co-op business center, a library, and a dog park.

In addition to luxury residences and world-class amenities, One Las Vegas also enjoys a prime location in Las Vegas on the south strip. This gives residents easy access to numerous entertainment venues and sporting events, including the new Raiders stadium, T-Mobile Arena, and Top Golf. The heart of the Las Vegas Strip as well as the McCarran International Airport, world-class dining, and the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets are all just a few minutes away.

There are also local casinos nearby like South Point, M Resort, and Silverton, where residents can gamble, eat, drink, attend concerts, and play bingo. Also, west on Blue Diamond Road, there are many other options for dining, shopping, and drinking.

Also, One Las Vegas recently announced to the Review-Journal that they received approval from Fannie Mae to offer financing options as low as 3 percent for qualified primary homebuyers. This will make it even easier for potential homebuyers to be eligible to purchase a condo in this luxury building. These condos, as well as others in the vicinity, are also great for buyers who are not ready to make the big purchase of buying a single-family home that requires more maintenance.

For those who are debating on whether to live on South Las Vegas Boulevard, the neighborhood is worth considering. South Las Vegas Boulevard is technically in Paradise, Nevada, but it also runs into Southern Highlands and Henderson. From South Las Vegas Boulevard, it only takes a few minutes on I-15 to get to Henderson, Summerlin, and The Strip, which makes for an easy commute.
